A day at the park

Beautiful weather+Feeling better=FUN!

And that's just what Jax and I have been up to. Thank God I have been feeling much better, because I'm able to take Jax to the playground. I finally took him to one near us that has way more activities than the one closest to us.
He finally got on a swing which he hasn't been on since a baby. I honestly didn't think he was going to have as much fun as he did. He fell in love with the swing and didn't want to get off, I tried to get him to try other things and he wouldn't budge until I finally convinced him to get off. He then saw a flight of stairs which led to a slide. I thought he would take a shot at the slide but he found it was more fun going up and down the stairs lol.
In order to get him to go down the slide I had to go down the slide myself, and it was then that he decided to try it. After that, all he did was climb the stairs and go down the slide.

It was such a great day until it was time to leave, Jax didn't want to leave. It was the funniest thing, he was kicking and screaming because he didn't want to leave and people were looking at us as if we were abducting him.  Or maybe they were thinking to themselves "I remember those days".
Has this happened to any of you with your little ones?

Lately I've been dressing very laid back and casual. My go to pieces are skinnies or boyfriend jeans with flats or cute sneakers like here paired with a tee and cardigan and a few accessories. I feel very comfy, yet stylish.

What I'm wearing.....
Cardigan: Material Girls (old)
T-shirt: Gifted
Skinnies: Forever 21
Sneakers: Urban Outfitters similar
Watch: Betsey Johnson (old)
Earrings and Bangles: H&M

What Jax is wearing:
Sweater: Target
T-shirt, Jeans, and Sneakers: The Children's Place
Belt:H&M

  1. Lol. We go to that same park all the time ;)
And yes, my lil Andrew throws a fit anytime we leave the park, unless we stay more than 2hrs n he's satisfied. But for an adult 2hrs is a lifetime, lol.
